Venice Apartments properties represent an interesting alternative at the more usual vacation in an hotel. It’s the ideal way to discover Venice in oneself most personal way. Our properties are spread all around the Historical Centre of Venice, located in ancient buildings full of History, ideal starting point to discover all the narrows streets and misterious little squares which represents this extraordinary city on the water. Our properties are spacious and furnished with class, provided with equipped kitchen, relaxing living room with pull out sofa beds, large bedrooms and restored bathrooms with shower or bathtub. The Family Apartment is represented by a Specific Property located in the Castello district, along the lively Via Garibaldi, a real glimpse of the autentic local life style. The Family Apartment is located just hundreds meters away from: The Biennale, important area which hosts the International Exposition of Art and Architecture, the Public Boat Stop GIARDINI and just 15 minutes away (walking distance) from the Piazza San Marco scenary. The Family apartment, of about 110smq, can host up to 5 people, situated on the first floor, composed by two bedrooms: one with queen size bed and the second with 3 single beds. Separate kitchen, large living room and bathroom with bathtub. A qualified hostess will meet you at the Public boat station closer to the apartment assigned and she will lead you to the property without any extra charge till 7.30pm. Check-in after 7.30pm are charged as follow: 7.30-11.30pm 55,after 11.30pm 70. Please call us at least 7 days prior arrival,or send us an email, to fix an appointment with your hostess. In this occasion we will assign your final destination (address and location of your apartmet) or, if you booked Family Apartment, you will fix the meeting and greeting directly at the Giardini Boat Station. At arrival you will be asked to pay a security deposit by credit card (only Visa and mastercard) of 250 for damages caused to the property. Check-out before 10.30am
Transportation
A hostess will meet you at the Public boat station closer to the apartment assigned and she will lead you to the property (included till 7.30pm). Please call at least 7 days prior arrival or send us an email to fix an appointment with your hostess. In this occasion we will assign your final destination (adress and location of your apartmet). If the check-in appointment is not fixed by you with our hostess we alert you that at your arrival you will need to wait the first available Hostess. The extra charge is paid directly to the Hostess on your arrival day.
